If you have wrong UVs for some mesh - probably material uses different UV for texture application. Try pressing <U> button while in model viewer, it will cycle between different texture coordinate sets.And I believe it's not wrong for "all texture UV". yes, character mesh is right, scene mesh is wrong. The scene model is a piece of a piece of it, so it is very difficult to make a complete scene together.
