Title: Splinter Cell Conviction In-Game Subtitles
Post by: TheViper12 on July 04, 2018, 00:18
Hi, I decided to make a translation project for SC: Conviction. I'm able to translate loc-int.umd file (extacted to .int files), and works perfectly. The only problem is, in-game subtitles. In src/system/UMDS folder, in game subtitle files is named like: 01_Market.umd, 02_Museum.umd etc. I used the UnUMD with "-unpack -noxor" command, and placed it to UMDS folder, and worked, but subtitles not displaying with "-unpack -noxor" command. So, i tried "-unpack" command and finally it's extracted subtitles. But with "-unpack" command, game crashing at level's start. Only works with "-noxor -unpack".

Clear Result:
Game works with "-noxor -unpack" command, but subtitles not displaying in file.
Game doesn't work with "-unpack" command, but subtitles displaying in file.

Can anybody help me about it? Thanks.  :-\

Sometimes other forums has more info that this one. Try googling:

(I've found some relevant discussions - but not sure how they're useful for you)
