When I export UPK files, it exports meshes as pskx and not psk like I want. How do I get it to export as psk for static mesh?

So you're saying there's no way of getting gears of war 1 meshes into UT3's editor anymore? Thanks!

There is no way to export static meshes (from any Unreal game) into format understandable by UnrealEd. You should pass them through 3ds Max anyway to convert into ASE format (there is a batch converter tool in ActorX Importer script).
