It seems as if the animations for bioshock aren't supported. I feel like it is so obvious where they are in bioshock 2 *cough*DynamicBulkFileAnimGroups

and they are in .hkx .hkt or .xml format (havok animation files)

I hope this was helpful because I would love to have them Grin

I know where are Bioshock animations. And I know that they are in HKX format. But I cannot extract them because Havok animation format is unknown, it varies from version to version, and it was slightly modified by 2K programmers.

Data may be extracted in a Havok form. But it has some structures added by 2K programmers, so it is not standard.
You may extract animations using unreal package extractor. Look into "*.AnimationPackageWrapper" files. Havok data are there. Umodel uses these data to get mesh skeleton.

Well, I tried to figure out the exporter, the original Bioshock and the remastered one, asked my friends, looked at YouTube, Reddit and forums and didn’t find the answer

How to export animations (weapon animations) and import your animations into the game?

I'm absolutely not sure about the second one, but export should be possible, right?
Basically, the impossibility of importing animations would explain the absence of such or similar mods
