It said in support table that this game is fully supported but gives me error. Tried no override, Unreal Engine 3, but faied.

You've stripped out an error message, I can't say anything particular about your report.

that's all it gave me. maybe they changed version or added some encryption

There should be a GUI box displaying an error message (unless you're doing command line export with some batch etc). Press "Copy" button there and paste message here. It should look like
