Vertex colors are currently not supported by umodel, sorry. The reason of posting my previous message was to tell you that probably there's no color texture for these models.

has anyone been successful at extracting the stage maps for the 3 locations;

Packanack
Higgins Haven

I have extracted pretty much every model from the game but have not been able to locate the terrain maps.

I'm not experienced in 3D ripping software. Just know names of probably 2 most famous: 3d ripper dx and assassin ripper.

Gildor, can you elaborate on what has been changed in Friday 13th file format? I see at least some additional metadata tags.
I'm trying to recook edited mesh and the game, obviously, doesn't see it.

This game has different versions for data objects. You may simply check UModel's source code to locate differences.

I looked in UnCore.h and UnMesh4.cpp. Am I correct that they've simply changed versions numerically and it really uses UE 4.13 data structure?

Hi guys, I managed to get part of the Higgins Haven map loaded in it's exact placement in the map (graveyard, dock, rocks etc) by using the Beta version of F13 and extracting every model with Umodel and rebuilding the game (reverse engineering?) but can't seem to get the house or barn to load but I'm sure that's because their full of props, BPs etc and maybe I missed a file or 2? I used 4.13. I was able to get matinee cameras, physics assets and a few other file types to work to by duplicating, though it won't work for everything Sad
Is there a way to see inside the Blueprints or Materials? I'd really appreciate any help guys.

The pak is now encrypted unfortunately. @Gildor is there anything you can do about this? I tried looking for the AES key but I gave up as it's not quite my level of expertise.

I can only advise using old game version. Or find an encryption key somewhere (or by yourself).

What program are you using to unpak? Everytime I try it starts unpacking then the program locks up after the fifth or sixth file.

Any updates on any key? I'd love the new counsellor they added or any guide on how to get the encryption game within the game files, (rather new to all of this so don't go too hard on me, please), thanks!
