Available freely on Steam.
Use UE4.22, currently no AES key

Static/Skeletal Mesh work, Animations work, Texture works but aren't loaded on meshes.

there are only a few models are in the demo version so better wait for the real one :/

To avoid possible confusion - PC version is still on 4.22 and not encrypted, while mobile versions for Android and iOS are on 4.25 and encrypted. For better materials support in any version use specific build from this topic. Separate topic for mobile versions is available here.
