Umodel: try browsing meshes and pressing Ctrl+T key.

Actor X Importer for 3ds Max has feature to combine multiple meshes on the single skeleton - simply load all meshes one-by-one.

I have made support for PC version. XBox360 version is not tested, but usually support for PC version of the game automatically adds support for XBox360 version too (if this version does exists).

Besides coloring the textures myself, does anyone know the best / easiest way to color the characters the same way that the game does it, with the colors that the game uses?
