Game: Observer: System Redux (steam page)
UE4 version: 4.25

It's remaster of original ">observer_" game.

All works fine - including meshes, textures and animations - with the latest umodel build (1401 at the moment).

@Gildor: Thanks for the fixes in 1401 build. The demo now works perfectly with either 4.25 or 4.26 settings (though exe suggests that the demo is built with 4.25).
