[UE4/5] Mortal Kombat: Onslaught
« on: October 30, 2022, 23:17 »

Game: Mortal Kombat: Onslaught (playmarket)
UE version: 4.26 (old versions) / 5.1 (current version)
AES key: in the same place as usual (link)

For old game versions:
Meshes and textures works fine with the latest umodel build (1589 at the moment). For animations use specific build from this topic.

For current game versions:
Use specific UE5 build from this topic. For general limitations and possible issues please read this topic. Since resources for the game are placed in different locations, you need to move global container from obb to the folder with packages for umodel to work correctly.

Hello. I unpacked the files and found two pak files in the TNT folder, but when I load up umodel and search through the directories, I can't find anything. No meshes or textures. I'm not sure if I've done something wrong?

@Straight Edge: Actual assets are not included in base apk for this game, you need to install it and required packages would be downloaded upon the first launch.

@Kabalstein03: Things related to UE5 games are summarized in this topic. I'll check this game when it's available globally for everyone.

First post is updated with info for latest game version. Support for ACL animations is added to UE5 build, along with small fix for static meshes, which should affect some other games as well.

I cannot find any OBB file or any file that I could unpack into a PAK file. I tried with Zarchiver but there's no files in it, its just empty. Any help please?

The latest version of Umodel materials doesn't seem to support the last update of the game. Files load but cannot be viewed or extracted by that matter.

The actual files are installed when you launch the game first time, but the ones that can be found in the apk contains other files which arent models, textures, animations etc, the problem is after android 10 you can't reach the files that are added after installing the game(without rooting), don't know about IOS though

No, I HAVEA all the current files, but umodel_materials doesn't load everything, nor can I really view these things.
I had better luck using Fmodel, but even then I can't get stuff like the animations, I would be glad to provide anything necessary to review what can be fixed

Hmm, maybe upload them and see if the experts can give an update
