There is only one way - extract corresponding textures from packages. Umodel should automatically get data from textures.tfc (unless you have moved game files).

For me very well. I used run extract.

What hair texture you get ? I get these two _E3 and _N but her hair in game is red not red / gren / blue / violet

It's possible that designers combined a few (to be exact, three) greyscale textures into a single one. UE3 can use single channel as opacity, another channel as specular etc.

How do you extract audio from the UPK's? I've had some success with a few tracks.
