Hello,

I'm not sure if MU Online is the same as "Mu Legend" i guess not because I could just download the client from this website so it's not online i guess
http://mulegend.webzen.com/en

I only wanna know if the game assets can be extracted with Umodel? As i'm not seeing this game at the "Compatibility Table" even though it uses UnrealEngine 3.

Kind Regards,

Hi.
Sometimes I'm not adding games to the compatibility table if they're not supported at all.

So they released the full game recently but it's just called "MU Legend" and it uses UE3 engine. I downloaded the game and umodel can open the CookedPCConsole file, but it can't extract the assets. This is the error i'm getting, not sure though if it's usefull:

Is there any change this game can be supported or any way to extract the assets?

Thanks,

This game uses custom compression or encryption, so the answer is "rather no than yes". I don't think they removed protection in release.

Okay that's a shame. Is there anything i can send you, so you can take a look if they still use custom compressions? At least... if you have time for it?

People says, I think, that it uses rar compression. Not an option for umodel, sorry.

Any news about this? Any of you guys unpackde anything from client? I just need item stylesheet (descriptions, names, bonuses, etc.) to complete my item guide project.
