Transformers War For Cybertron DLC

I am looking for a .xxx folder packer to re-create this DLC. I have decoded them but need a way to repack them. I have decoded them all the way to knowing whats in the .xxx files (as in ..\TR_Deadend_ROBO_p\CP_DeadendArm_ANIM\AnimSequence_13468.AnimSequence). All that is left is a way to pack them.

No "re-packer" exists for Unreal games.
