My build only affects static meshes, the rest is supported even in official build (including animations, despite compatibility table). Though there are not much actual textures in the game, since it's using procedural materials with shaders for almost everything.
Also, if I remember correctly, the game is using wwise audio, which is not supported by umodel, so you'll need Fmodel for it.

Alright, that explains why your version of umodel only exports few textures, alright.
