guys, is there a way to extract animations? from umodel I always get the error:

Hi, i tried to extract Dead by Daylight 4.2.0 (Windows Store) paks with no luck with the lastest UModel.
It works only with steam build. But on Windows Store they use something different.

Paks are build with Unreal Engine 4.25.1 but it's like they use sort of custom structure for names.

Here is a example of pakchunk24-WinAnvil.pak.

Can someone help me ? Thanks.

What exactly isn't working? What UE version do you choose? With 4.2.0 you need UE 4.26

Paks of the Windows Store build are way different than the Steam paks one. (since 4.2.0 was not the case before)

With Steam build it works with UModel.
But with Windows Store build (GRDK) i have this error :

It seems devs put more protections on GRDK than Steam for paks.

And the Unreal Engine used is 4.25.1 (it's written in properties of the exe).

No it not works neither.

As i talked with some it's looks like Behavior introduced some custom paks for GRDK (Windows Store) players.
(since this new update 4.2.0).
I don't know their goal to do that, it would be more intelligent for them to put that on Steam than Windows Store.

Yes of course and they works (Steam Paks) fine with Umodel and QuickBMS (unreal_tournament_4_0.4.25).

But they are useless for me, as i'm a Windows Store player. I hope Windows Store paks will be reversed by the team here Smiley.

Until 4.2.0, Windows Store paks were same as Steam one. But since this new update, story is way different Sad.

Just use steam packs. Why do you need to use Windows Store packs?
