character package: C:\Content\Character\Contact\Contact_Bloodrose.upk

audio folder: C:\Content\Audio\SoundBanks\English(US)

This is the error I am getting for bloodrose now
Hmm... It's very strange that Unreal game uses unpackaged wav-files. Probably it's because of the BETA stage of development. Let's wait for the game release. If developers will continue to use wav files, I'll check what I can do with this.

For now, you can temporarily move C:\Content\Audio folder on some separate place (outside of C:\Content folder) and launch umodel again.

Full version is out, but i can't find costume assets anywhere. From attached files i can extract only textures, but something tells me that they contents not only 2d maps.

Costume assets are stored here - APB\APBGame\Content\Packages\APB_CharacterTool

Very interesting how they do their NPC's, too - they use normal maps for different parts of the face (chin, brow, cheeks, eyes - F_Body_Head.upk for the female textures) which combine to create on top of a standard generic mesh to create a somewhat unique face. Well worth a look if this kinda stuff interests you.

Also, if using the build of APB provided here by Tosyk, make sure you move the audio folder *completely* out of the APB folder, otherwise umodel will politely decline your request Smiley

I think re-creating the NPC's should be possible from what ive seen. I haven't played with it much just yet, but it looks like all the pieces are there. I'll post if I work anything out - might be a few days before I'll get another chance to look at it again - thanks for linking it!  Smiley
