Yes, it looks like this is what I need. The mesh on the right looks correct.
As I understand that this can be fixed only in the Blender? Unfortunately, I am not a user of Blender.
I will be very grateful if you write a step-by-step instruction for a beginner how you made this fixes.

Yeah can make a quick video soon, just working out eyes and few other things that I haven't worked out yet.

Thank you for the video.
Unfortunately, because of your screen resolution being too large, fonts are completely unreadable.
As a result, it is almost impossible for a beginner to understand what you are doing there.

Hello I was wondering if someone can help me with this game. I was hoping the youtube video listed above still works but it looks like it was removed. I imported the models to 3ds max but the animations look really wonky. It seems like the skeletal mesh is all wrong. What is the solution to this?
