Could anyone give me an information about below issue?

When I try to use UT2004 UnrealED to open other Game’s .u file....
Background :
Game name:Sephiroth
i use GREAT TOOL umodel to export some weapon models from the game and make some changes..then put it back to the game, it works well.
but i wanted to make some effects on these weapons but there's another effect package(Script package) in this game, when i opened the effect package Sephiroth.u file ... this issue happened....What i can do now?
