How Does Batch PSA>FBX Export Work?
« on: November 05, 2025, 01:12 »

I want to automate exporting PSA files into FBX files where each FBX file contains 1 animation.
ActorX's batch export window can only export 1 PSA at a time cuz Animation Import can import 1 file at a time/have 1 entry in the list at a time.
Testing on Darkside Chronicles WiiU files.

@robinbobbin: ActorX importer was designed for UE games and umodel, where in most cases you can export multiple animations as sets, i.e. when single psa contains all exported animations. It's not a trivial task to modify ActorX importer to work with multiple psa loaded simultaneously, while keeping original functionality the same. It's probably better to use other existing solutions, like psk/psa importer plugins for blender, for more flexibility in automation process when working with separate psa.

the game I imported from so happens to have PSAs with singlet animations inside.
I saw the loaded animations list & thought I should be able to load multi PSAs simultaneously.
