Low rez textures

Low rez textures

Ok I need some help.I went to the faq and read the solution for how to fix umodel only showing low rez textures but it didnt make any sense to me. What I do is copy the upk file into the folder I have umodel and drag it on top of it to view it.Isnt that how it works? So I was looking at models from Batman Arkam Asylum and DCUOnline but whenever I drag them onto umodel to view them the textures are very very low rez.I could not find a way to put in those console commands because the command prompt running in the background wont let my type anything.

Heres an example pic of what I mean when I say low rez textures.

Can someone please help me?!!

1. You should open upk directly from the game directory, you should not copy files because you don't know what exactly you must copy (shame on all tutorials which starts with "let's copy files to umodel directory" Cool

)
2. watch the log, it always has text about missing tfc file when it is required but cannot be found

Thanks I got it working.Complete with higher quality textures.

Hi, i have same problem. But when i extracted directly from game files directory umodel reports error.. Sad

Any advise please?

It looks like your startup.pcc file is damaged. The file which I have gives me no problems with umodel.

Its original game file. How can it be damaged?

Or What should I do? Reinstal game?

Now I tried something and problem solved... Error caused the unofficial translation of the game.. Thx for Startup.pcc tip. Before, I did not think Grin
