Tell me what files need to be prepared to send... !
---
By the way: TacticalOps (UT99) work:

However, exports were made directly: when viewed in "UE Viewer": Ctrl+X
If typing the command: "umodel -export -all -path=C:\games\u220 -out=C:\MyScenes\u220_1 TOPModels"
-- out err, screenshot:

Can you upload "TOPModels" package?
By the way, this is an exporter problem, not Max 2012.

Everything is wonderful! But the animation UT3 unfortunately, does not work. Probably worth it to say: about 3Ds Max 2012, that the plugin: ActorX.dlu (ActorX Mesh Exporter 3ds Max 2011 (32-bit)) does not work: say: "Entry point not found" (Core.dll). // I took IDA, looked (like correct), but I didn't, I think we'll wait until...
Everything, well in any case, Konstantin! The program is very good!

p.s. With regard to 3DS? so I started to learn a month ago. So I took 2012. I will learn. Thank You !

EpicGames has discontinued ActorX support, the latest supported Max version is 2011. Psk/psa import is disabled in UE3 sources by default (enabled for the UDK only) so licensees are almost forced to use FBX instead.

Well, is clear. Please tell me (i'm still, the graphics are a novice). In 3Ds 2012 some functions (your script ActorXImporter) will not work (only before the 2012 version of the "Max"a) ?

My script (ActorX Importer) would work. Epic's plugin (ActorX Exporter) will not work.
