You are the best,gildor.
But when I tried the animation with Force mesh translation on,the character's feet seems always sliding.Tried the other two translation mode, the feet are down-to-earth but head still suck into the body and body size is shrinking comparing with the "Force mesh translation".

Did you extracted mesh and animation using latest umodel version (it should create .config files near to .psa)?

Yes,I used the latest version and saw the .config next to psa.Open the .config, there are two part of animation, one is for mesh translation, the other is for force animset translation. But actor plugin only support one tranlation mode.

I soloved the problem by using the batchexport.bat instead of the old one(http://www.gildor.org/smf/index.php/topic,184.0.html)that can extract correct animation now in GOW3.

But problem still exist at another game-Transformers:Dark of the moon. Please help to check it out.

Taking Megatron for example in this L6_Russia_BASE_m.xxxhttp://d01.megashares.com/dl/WszEuPI/L6_Russia_BASE_m.zip:

"Use from Animset" and "Force Animset Translation":The whole mesh including the skeleton are all shrinking but feet are on the ground which is normal.

"Forcemesh translation":Model scale is fine but feet are sliding.

What mesh/animation combination is wrong by your opinion?

Just for note that I am using ActorX for 3dsmax and discover the issue instead of the Umodel.
I extract Megatron mesh and its animation from this L6_Russia_BASE_m.xxx,then import into 3dsmax.
Any animation all have mesh shrinking issue while "Use from Animset" and "Force Animset Translation" are checked and
another feet sliding issue with "Forcemesh translation" on.
Not just Megatron, the other characters except bumblebee in this game share those issues.
Please help,gildor,thanks so much.

Did you get the same problem with other games too? (probably this is a "feature" of Transformers animations).
