ME Sheppard texture

Hi ,i want to ask where i can get Sheppards texture for skin ,when i use some which i found skin looks just white  ,like this http://screenshot.cz/LMZ8G,i just used face texture rest is without them ,but body looks same , same thing with male shepard ,but i saw people got normal color of shepards body and face with hair Sad .

It looks like that the skin color is a part of some complex shader. There is no other skin textures.

Because your Shepard is a custom model, so there is no way to get coloured textures (some other character have the same problem, though). If you want them coloured you have to colour them yourself.
