Issue with UE Viewer

My issue is that i can't get the UE Viewer to pull up the graphics as it should be.... I been following guide on the forums. The Tutorials on youtube and do exactly as they say. I understand that some of the tutorial have Bat that brings up that form but i am truely at lost. I am trying to mod some character content in Blade and Soul and found this a very useful tool for people like me. This is a hobby interest and love to learn more

Did you watched them?

I can't say anything about particular third-party tutorials, but 99% of tutorials I seen has major mistakes (people are making tutorials without understanding what they can do).

That was the first tutorial I watch but didn't understand what that program you uses in the back that doesnt seem like CMD... but it does the same functionalities.... I also went to the bottom video and try to change the path in control panel and that didn't seem to work too. I am at ends because i can see the extract when i move the upk to the umodel but i dont get textures or models to appear like how i see in the video. What should i do now? im really at stumps Huh?
