I doesn't have this game.
If you will upload somewhere engine.dll, core.dll, some .ukx files and take me a link - possibly, I will try to do this.

Land of the Dead uses new Unreal Engine 2 animation tech, named "FlexTrack". It is present in Tribes: Vengeance and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, but not used there, and I had no ability to implement it. I'll check it, it's interesting for me.
Now, you can use command line key "-noanim" to view/extract meshes without animations.

I was implemented full UE2Runtime support. Please check animations now.
