i want to extract APB_Reloaded Game Animation but ...
Please Help Me.

what is the command you are running and where is game stored? Like:

umodel -export -blah blah.upk

c:\games\apb\thegame

E:\Program Files (x86)\apb_Reloaded\SteamApps\downloading\113400\APBGame\Content\Release\Packages

command :
umodel -path="E:\Program Files (x86)\apb_Reloaded\SteamApps\downloading\113400\APBGame\Content\Release\Packages" -export Anim_Player_Default_Action_Male

It looks like your file is filled with zeros. Try to re-download or reinstall the game.
