I tried and tried but for xbox 360 i cant find where are the upk files. Any help would be appreciated

i cant FIND THE .XXX FILES THAT IS THE ENTIRE PROBLEM.

The packages are within the .XXX files. Try searching the forum here for .XXX as suggested and you'll find what you need to extract them out.
