Hello.
1. where did you get your psk? (which app generated it)
2. Your error looks like you're importing a mesh into UT2004, but not into UE3.

Hello gildor, well yes my mistake, the mesh is converted to OBJ and imported into 3DS MAX and exported to PSK, the mesh I got from the net, from a game CS 1.6 and I convert MDL to OBJ, I try other formats but well anyway no lucky.

PSK is SkeletalMesh format, but OBJ has no skeleton. I think engine didn't like the fact that all bones are missing.

well don't know how explain that, the fact is when convert it to OBJ ofc I add bones, but for some reason it won't work, I work in that way to many times, this is my first time I got that, too I know a way to make weapons like all all ppl request you in UT2004 but ofc I can't make it public, and I have a problem with that too, the model of CS I got it working before if convert to native PSK, but really the model use 2 materials, thats not the problem, but the way I have to make weapon in UT2004 for some reason with this one no work, one part of the model dissaper, here I show you a example model before and after that, anyway I know you are not interested in Lineage2 support anymore but well maybe you can do a effort this time? Cheesy ok many thanks for all support and have a nice day, take care.

PS: if you wanna know I we can discuss about this technique via private.

Perhaps you're doing something wrong with ActorX Exporter. Also you may try my "SkelEdit" tool to view the exported PSK.
Alternatively, as the last resort, you may send me a mesh and I'll check why ActorX works incorrectly. People periodically having troubles with this plugin (that's not my code, plugin originally had some problems).
