Hi guys, sorry if this is the wrong forum for this...but  Cry

Any ideas how to get back the "whole" rotate tool in the Perspective view ? I mean that round that let me rotate in all ways, don't know what i done because now i get this ( check the screen ) Also tried to restore the default settings, UI, but still the same, Im asking this cause i have 0 exp with 3ds max...

i think you have mouse with scrol just press this and rotate model perspective view enjoy hope help you Smiley

Eh maybe i didn't explained well, Let's say i select a join and i want to rotate it and move etc, in the persp view, but that circle that show up and let you move it on all axes is gone, now i have only x/y/z with lines, not the 360 circle

well I stand this,you say so your icon for access Arc Rotate is gone right? well just press "CTRL+R" and done,, too you say no want rotate 360º so select object you want move and press "E" here I put screens for see examples is I can stand man

you mean the gizmo tool. its in....preferences somewhere, it sometimes ticks of so go to preferences and tick in gizmo

Still can't get that back, here check this screen...I want that back in the Perspective view, Tried with uninstall/delete profiles/ but same..

Wow. For someone that spent all that money on TWO modeling packages..you would think you would just look at the help file:

Missing Transform Gizmos

Whenever you move, rotate or scale an object, the standard, red axis tripod is replaced by a special purpose transform gizmo. It's possible to lose the transform gizmo, but it's easy to get it back. If you find you've lost your transform gizmo, try these steps.

Start 3ds Max.
Press the X key.
This is the keyboard shortcut that toggles the transform gizmo on and off.

Press the = key.
This keyboard shortcut increases the size of the transform gizmo. The – key reduces the size.

Sorry if it seems "snippy" but as they say..RTFM.  Cool

Only Maya bought, 3DS Max License is from school... ( Well im Maya user so i said early i have 0exp in 3ds max )

Thanks gonna check soon ( Since im rendering now... )
