I've checked sample package. This game were updated, mesh formats were changed. You should use older client.

Umodel works great with the lastest Battle Territory but Unreal Package Extractor and Unreal Package Decompressor is not compatible with Battle Territory.
Do you have any plan to update?

Okay, I used the Unreal file extractor to get out the straight files from the packages, .MeshAnimation, .SkeletalMesh files.

Is there a way I can import these into any program, or perhaps repack them into a file that CAN be extracted from?

So unless I manage to get another client, I'm pretty much screwed.

Can you readapt UModel for the recent client? I can send you whatever files you need.

I need a game exe/dll. But first of all you should ensure that the game could be started (so executable version corresponds to the data versions).
You can send the files now - one day I'll come back to this game and update umodel. But if the data formats will be changed later - it's better to wait some time before updating.

I understand your frustration, and I'll get you the entirety of the game's current files that you need. Thank you.

The game's files won't likely update for some time, as the reason they changed previously was the introduction of the closed beta. I don't supposed they'd do it a third time, at least not until international release, which isn't going to be for some time.
