The game itself may be not very good...
But i am a little interested in it, so is it a bug?

I also would not refuse to get a couple of models from this game.
But, it seems that Umodel doesn't support it.

Most likely just different package file format. Encrypted packages (not "paks" - this is UE3 game, not UE4) would rather produce an error like "wrong package tag" etc.

Is there any chance that you will add support for this game? I can give you any required files.

What we should do is to transform its file format into standard UE files.
But it still need some code skills...
I also ask for help in other forums, but seems no one is interested in this...
