How to import .a3d and .d3d files in Blender?I extracted one model of character enemy from jj3d demo when I opened jazzenemy.u in umodel viewer,but I don't know how to import a.3d and .d3d files in Blender.

Are you sure Blender supports vertex animation? And you must be sure that destination target (UE4?) should support what you're going to export from Blender after processing. The last engine which supported vertex animation was UE2. UE3 and UE4 supports only morph targets which are similar to vertex animation, but still very different.

So Blender isn't supporting character models from unreal engine 1?What about 3DS Max could this software open these models files just like in this tutorial? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKBRBqLllj4

No idea about d3d/a3d support in either Blender or Max, sorry. Regarding tutorial, it shows skeletal mesh export/import, not a vertex mesh.
