It's the same as this Korean version, called "Arca":

The korean version was last updated on the 17th of April, not sure if it's still in development.

What i don't understand is why the .PAK file is compatible with 2 AES key's?
Both these keys work:

@WollieWoltaz: umodel and quickbms script are compatible with both ASCII and hex representation of keys. So they're literally the same key, I just put it in the list in hex form for consistency.

Because these two encryption keys are equal, one is hexadecimal and the other is base64

@CriticalError: It seems this version is just using different UE version. Your samples are working fine with 4.19-4.20.
