So I am having this problem when importing the Fortnite Season 5 Ragnarok Skin from Umodel to Blender. The head and hat are fine but the problem is with the body. I put the right materials for the body and I have a light source but the body is completely black. Is there a solution to this problem because I would really like to use the Fortnite skin for a future 3d animation.  Even if there is no solution, please remind me as well.

If this is not a material problem, then possibly your mesh has missing normals.

I got all the missing normals but it is still black. Is there anything with the materials or something I missed.

Make sure you have it set to Cycles Render.

I think you should record a video showing what you're doing. I do not know Blender, however if you'd talk about anything else - your description is definitely not enough to check what's wrong on your side. So my advice is to record a video and show it here.

Has Gildor said, either post a video of your issue or at least even a picture.

Seems you are using the old psk importer for Blender, you want the Befzz importer (someone had same issue just couple days ago), hopefully in future Blender 2.80 Befzz's importer gets included from default and the old ones removed.
