I've tried to open up the Octane body for Rocket League, decrypted it first, but I got an error. It worked fine with an image texture, though.

And before you ask, I tried using both of those decryptors. Both had the same error.

1. umodel should work with encrypted packages
2. Did you override game to "Rocket League"? I can't see full error message with your screenshot.

Yes, I overrided to Rocket League.

Not sure if it will help, but try updating umodel. You have quite an old version (build 920 vs 779).
Also I see that the last supported version was 868/22, you have 868/23.

So I tried opening it with a fresh download from the Downloads page, and I got this error:

So, the game got an update which makes umodel incompatible with it.

Actually RL support was CONTRIBUTED by another developer, I just spent time merging code.
