The upk files was stored here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\monday night combat\HostileGame\CookedPC\Packages

For example make a .bat file with:
For the model of spy:
umodel -noanim -export HSpecOpsClass

For the spy animation:
umodel -export HSpecOpsAnim

And use Milkshape3d for importing the unreal .psk .psa files

I did say extract iso file!!!!!!!!!!!
But i got it!
I extract with x360 tool!

I have already posted screenshots of this game on facebook umodel page. I have
tested it and it is fully supported.

I have updated umodel to improve support for this game (really update is UDK-relative, but it will significantly improve model visualization).
