Yes textures are exportable, you may need to export some manually it seems (page up to find material and texture when a model is open)

Then they use mask textures to get the desire look on ships.

And you have to add all parts in manually, place where they need to go, select all and CTRL+J, they wont be automatically in place like ingame.

Also PSKX is just PSK with better support for large amounts of vertices I believe or something similar.

Improved original script from Befzz, added textures support (diffuse, specular, normal, emission).
Before importing place all .MAT .TGA .PSK in one folder.
*tested in blender 2.93
