D:/Umodel/UmodelExport because that is where I'm exporting everything to

I recommend what you do is put Umodel in your /paks/ folder then drag it into your hot bar and then launch it from there and you are good to go! If this may fix your problem it also easily allows you to launch umodel without going into to too much folders.

You can run a .bat or shortcut pointed to paks location and have umodel anywhere, with aes and engine version already set, i have uModel on my 4TB (Z Drive) and Fortnite on my main SSD (C Drive).

Ok so then there should be a Game folder in there at all?

The Game folder is there, yes. However, when navigating through, the Anim folder (the folder that holds the animations I exported) isn't there at all

I've already done that before, but I can try.

Wait, hold on a minute.
Also you want to check for a .psa file in Game\Athena\Prototype\Blueprints\Cattus\Mesh Folder, not animations folder for the cattus animations.

Okay yeah I figured it would maybe be in there, but it isn't. Only Cattus_Enemy_Skeleton.psa

But I realize that something is off about it. It's 18KB in UE viewer, but 3.6MB in Game\Athena\Prototype\Blueprints\Cattus\Mesh

Oh my god, days of looking with no luck, only to realize that it's been hiding in plain sight. Is this how animations are exported now?

That's a special character for the event, hench why the different location, all other player models are in the standard character location etc.

Oh, I see. So that means emote animations are still exported like normal? Doesn't (by the looks of it) merge with the model's skeleton?

Yes Game\Characters\Player\Male\Male_Avg_Base\Fortnite_M_Avg_Player_Skeleton.psa has normal, subject to change on what Epic Games does in the future at least.

Ah, alright. I suppose that means I have to export the animations for Cattus and Doggus one by one.

Well, that would make sense, but it only exports one thing because they all export as M_MED_Doggus_Skeleton.psa
