Someone else already implemented that, look for a forum called LoversLab, a member called "oscateexor" forked the ueviewer source code from May 6th 2020 and compiled a version that supports morph target export:

Links to a dead .zip file though. Unless theres another version up theres still no easy way to do it.

UModel works with 2 export file formats: psk and glTF. The first one doesn't have morph support at all. The second one has, but I have no idea when I'll be able to work on it.
