Minor Visual Issue - Resizing columns will make selected row darker and darker

When in either flat viewer or not flat view, resizing columns while you have a row selected will make it go darker and darker

It can be seen pretty well in this video: https://imgur.com/agR3WOG

Also occasionally you can see ghost lines appear below it when moving it in certain ways (also shown in above video)

Not exactly a big issue but i might aswell post it anyway just incase you aren't aware.

I saw different issues with resizing Windows ListView control columns with my programming practice over years. On my Windows 8 it appears differently. I do not control it, Windows has such bug.
