I see the sounds in the VOC folder inside the paks and it is detected as SoundWave, can the sound be extracted? all I get is:

Exported 0/0 objects in 0.0 sec

Did you Enable "Sound" under "Export-Only classes" before loading the paks?
I can extract audios just fine

You can download the game for free with the Nexon Launcher. You don't need any korean phone number or something...

Assets from mobile version are still available through sideloaded apk, since it doesn't require login to download cache, you only need to use korean VPN. There should be little difference between mobile and PC versions, except for differently compressed textures, it's a mobile game to begin with.
