There are not many UWP games in this section, so here is one (more for research purposes). Since the game is free in MS Store, I suppose download link for pak will be fine:

Most assets are not versioned, but if you'll force 4.21 and PC platform, static meshes and textures are working fine. There are some non-critical errors here and there (like "Failed to upload texture [texture_name] in format 0x83F1, error 0x0501" while loading meshes, for example, Game\Vehicles\cars\BMW_2002Turbo_73\Meshes\Mesh_1_gls_*) and I couldn't find any animations to test, but not sure, if it's game related or because of UWP specifics.
