UE Viewer build 1330 - cubemap support

Previously, UE Viewer did work only with UE3 cubemaps. The support has been extended to UE2 and UE4 cubemaps. You can view and export them.

Also improved cubemap rendering in a viewer - there were some artifacts due to incorrect interpolation. Now cubemaps are rendered smoothly.
