@Serpicos: For UE3 games it doesn't matter if all packages are stacked into one folder, except for custom cases. Animations search functionality doesn't exist for UE3 games and below, for them Ctrl+A is switching between already loaded animation sets. You can load a package with meshes, then append package with animations to current set, scroll up to a mesh, switch to compatible with it animation set (if any, usually can be guessed from the name) and preview or export them as usual. For this game things are pretty simple, at least for player related things - animations for all meshes for selected character class are stored in a single package with corresponding name. The only inconvenience is that faces are animated separately.
