I tried to use the quickbms tool to extract the pak file to get a batch of files, and then use umodel to export the model and animation, an error occurred. Please friends tell me why this is? How can I go about solving this fatal error?

Hello.
Where can I download the game files with the DLC "Tunnels of Terror"?

Maybe this is a naive question, but after asset extraction with respective BMS script, is it expected that the user should cook a Paks folder from the resulting directory structure using UE? Because as @lhgaicxx pointed out, UModel won't correctly load assets if simply pointed the resulting directory output from asset extraction.

@allenweisse: Not sure about your problem, but lhgaicxx at least didn't use suggested specific build (which is acl 2.0b). I've also updated specific build to support game packages directly without extraction via game specific override, with it all supported assets should work properly under single override. Though I didn't check latest game versions, apparently there were some updates back in 2024 - if you'll have issues with updated specific build and latest game version, feel free to provide some samples of non-working assets.

P.S. Key is added to the topic with keys as well, since it's required for umodel, despite not being used.

Wow, awesome. All SK/SM/T imported, no issues. I guess your C++ skills have improved drastically in the past 2-3 years. Thanks a lot.

@allenweisse: Not really, as I don't coding much irl. It's just I got more familiar with umodel internals to be able to add already existing external solutions, like those from quickbms, and general QoL features to old builds. Though such requests happens once in a few years (if even) for old games.
