I had trouble exporting the full materials into PSKX, at least according to Blender the models only had one material. However, I found that the newest version of Umodel allowed export to GLTF, which seems to export the materials and UV's fine (even models with  or more materials). The newest version of Umodel works better, but I still had the same "merged materials" issue with the PSKX format.

...working fine now.

have you tried opening this psk in Noesis or 3ds max? I heard that blender is very bad friends with the psk format.

I haven't tried Noesis, but some Blender add-ons will work with PSK and I don't have 3DSMax. I did find a solution though, using the newer version of Umodel to export to GLTF. I have customized GLTF add-ons for Blender 2.79 that work well, and the materials and model export fine as GLTF.
Thanks for your advice though, I know 3DSMax would be ideal, but...

-So far I haven't exported rigs with Umodel so I realize that I might have other issues when I try.
