Game is made with Unreal Engine 3, simply Select Unreal engine 3 -> Unreal engine 3 and you're good to go.
Didn't check much but the files were opening just fine, with everything working accordingly.
Zombie enemies are "scattered" among some maps but share animations. Same with base Alicia (Main character) models.
