[Tool] Collect materials and textures for UE's .psk files

Collect materials and textures for Unreal Engine's .psk files:

Use this tool to collect material (.mat) and texture (any type) file(s) from Gildor's Umodel .psk file.

note: Before start to collect anything from specific game check if you have ListSearch.lst next to the tool. Keep in mind that each game need its own ListSearch.lst, It's better to remove it before you start to collect files from new UE game.

Common instructions:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. extract all game archives in some folder
2. specify path to that folder in settings.ini:
    - parameter Folder='E:_r_sorted\batman_arkham_asylum_goty_pc'
3. run tool once:
    - all the files will be collected into a list with paths
    - this list will be saved next to the tool as ListSearch.lst
4. [optional]: specify other parameters in settings.ini
    - open settings.ini to see description

To collect material file(s) from .psk file(s):
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. drop .psk file(s) to the tool to collect the material (.mat) file(s)
    - tool will search ListSearch.lst for material name(s)
    - if found the material (.mat) file(s) will be saved next to the source .psk
    - if you specified subdirectory in settings.ini then mats will be saved there
    - if material can't be found the _error.log will be created next to source file(s)

To collect texture file(s) from .mat file(s):
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. drop .mat file(s) to the tool to collect the texture (any type) file(s)
    - tool will search ListSearch.lst for texture name(s)
    - if found the texture file(s) will be saved next to the source .mat
    - if you specified subdirectory in settings.ini then tex will be saved there
    - if texture can't be found the _error.log will be created next to source file(s)
