No skeleton notification even though it does
« on: September 07, 2022, 21:42 »

Umodel is giving me the "no skeleton, animation will not work!" even though it DOES have a rig??
I know it does because whenever I cycle the animation display bones show up, plus whenever I export it to blender it comes with a working rig/skeleton.
It's really annoying since I need to try and export animations from that model and it's not working because of this error. I using a model from a mod, Please help!

UE4 has built-in skeleton in every mesh, however it has a link to the separate Skeleton asset too, which could be technically the same, or it might differ. The Skeleton asset is shared with all animations for this mesh too. In your case, there's a missing asset - UModel can't find the Skeleton object, and displays this notification message.

You may see the log output to check if there's some package file missing on your disk.
