I have extracted the textures from the Switch game Densha De Go, but they are displaying incorrectly. It's a bit hard to explain, so I've attached an example.

It's known problem, astc and non-square NSW swizzled textures looks bad in umodel. There are some partial fixes for particular cases, you can check No More Heroes 3 topic for examples. Though if I remember correctly most textures in Hashiro Yamanote are non-standard (non-square and sizes are not multiple of 128), so don't expect much...
